Warranty Policy

Royal Caps provides a 12 month limited warranty on all products purchased through our website.

  • The warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty isn’t valid for damages caused due to wear and tear, neglect, improper care, mishandling, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, etc.
  • Warranty will be valid only if the customer has the purchase invoice.
  • Warranty is valid only for the original buyer of the product.
  • Warranty is valid only for products bought from the official “Royal Caps House” website.

    If the customer receives a defective item, it can be sent back to us within 14 days for a replacement (read and understand the ‘Returns & Exchange’ policy on our website).

    If you want to make a warranty claim, kindly write to us along with your name, contact number, address, order number and send a description of the defect with pictures. A copy of the purchase invoice will also have to be attached. Our team will review your warranty claim and get in touch with you for the further process.
